We wrapped up the Specialty Networks National Conference in Phoenix last week! In attendance were 65+ Gastroenterology and 90+ Rheumatology Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Administrators. Thought leaders from across the country engaged in many thought-provoking discussions, exchanged ideas, and shared the latest in clinical practices and administration. We opened the meeting announcing the appointment of Andrew Concoff, MD, FACR, CAQSM as the Chairman of the Rheumatology Medical Policy Committee. Additionally, we shared early insights from our Gastroenterology members using their data to improve care delivery. Our keynote speaker, Joe Mull M.Ed, CSP, gave an inspiring message on how to ignite commitment and keep top talent in the new age of work. This past weekend, we hosted the Summer 2024 Urology Executive Summit in Las Vegas. Thought leaders from across the country engaged in networking, exchanged ideas, and shared the latest in clinical practices and administration. The meeting included a morning of executive leadership meetings, which allowed members and industry partners to meet in small group settings to discuss new therapy integrations, contract offerings, industry updates, and more. The conference agenda and content were richly diverse, encompassing a range of topics. Elizabeth "Libby" Snelson joined us for a discussion on creating a code of conduct for physicians. Rhonda Scharf, CSP, HoF, Global Speaking Fellow also joined us for a presentation on looking at life through a positive focus. SHAILENDRA SHARMA ended the final afternoon with a business update on Specialty Networks and more.
