Here's a recap of what you missed: • The WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) Finals set new attendance records (average 18,518/per game) and viewership for Game 5 peaked at 3.3 million, a 142% increase over last year's deciding Game 4. • The World Series tickets between the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers have an average Major League Baseball (MLB) ticket price of $1,515, up 97% from last year. • Nike signed a 12-year extension with the National Basketball Association (NBA), WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) and NBA G League to continue to design and produce uniforms and on-court apparel until 2037. • adidas signed an NIL deal with Heisman hopeful Cam Ward (University of Miami QB) and revealed a collaboration with global icons Lionel Messi and Bad Bunny. • Baron Davis officially joined as a podcast co-host on "The Draymond Green Show with Baron Davis" • Washington D.C. is planning on keeping the Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals in D.C. through 2050 with a $515M arena plan.
