Building on the foundation we laid together in 2019, this reboot will help align Springfield’s vision with the ever-evolving landscape of sports tourism. The 2025 Chief Executive Summit is officially underway in Fort Worth! Today has been an incredible day of learning, leadership, and connection among top executives in sports events and tourism. The morning kicked off with insightful education sessions and dynamic roundtable discussions, setting the stage for a powerful day. We had the honor of hearing from Dan Hunt, Owner of the Kansas City Chiefs, whose father coined the term “Super Bowl”—his insights were truly inspiring. A huge thank you to Stevi Gable Carr for leading us in a wellness break, ensuring we were refreshed and ready for more learning. This afternoon, Jason Williford from Culture Index delivered an impactful session on team dynamics and leadership, and now we’re capping off the day with a one-of-a-kind experience—our very own PBR Rodeo at the historic Fort Worth Stockyards! The energy and excitement from our attendees is unmatched. Looking forward to what’s ahead!

USA Archery is coming to Springfield, Missouri! USA Archery’s 2025 U.S. Open & Target Nationals, is scheduled for Aug. 13-16, 2025, at Betty & Bobby Allison Sports Town in Springfield, Missouri. With an anticipated 500-600 competitors, the event is set to bring major attention to Springfield. The projected economic impact is over $958,000 and will bring a substantial financial boost to the community! Yesterday, KY3 Inc.
