    Brands, we love a good reporting dashboard. Partners only want the important info = Leads! This is due to a couple of reasons: 1. They don't have time. 2. They don't need data to make optimizations because you are on their behalf. 3. They may not understand the data. Give them access to all the data, but also give them the monthly recap with what helps drive revenue.

    Imagine being able to A/B test at scale for your local partners... There are many nuances between your brand's corporate marketing campaign and local partners' media campaigns. 🧱 The brand is there to build and create demand for the product or service. 🪝 The local partner's campaigns are meant to capture that demand.     Are your local partner marketing campaigns not gaining adoption? Here's why 👇 It doesn't matter how much co-op you give your partners if you can't do these 2 things: 1. Drive results 📊 - With the tools and technology available today, you can manage your partner campaigns at scale while still optimizing towards leads. - Business owners may not be marketers, but they do know when sales are up. 2. Show the value of the campaigns 👀 - Marketing becomes intangible if a partner can't see, touch, or feel the results. Then the program is not working in their eyes. - So yes robust dashboards are great, but make sure you provide partners with a bite-sized version of results each month in an email to remind them. - Make your team accessible to walk them through their reporting, because sometimes sentiment is considered the most important metric.

    You wouldn't set and forget your brand campaigns, would you? So why should your local partners? Your partners may not be exclusively selling your products or services. So that means they are also promoting other products and services as well. Make sure you are optimizing for the best possible performance, because you have a lot of competition for getting partners signed up on your marketing programs. Your competition = Local agencies, in-house marketers, and maybe a cousin or 2 😅 . The best way to ensure you can increase your market share and revenue is: 📊 Providing the best performance possible. 🔔 Being proactive with recommendations showing a high level of service which can be done in a scalable way. 🧠 Using your macro brand data that other agencies won't have. This will help get your partners better performance much faster and use years and millions of dollars of spend data to help them with their campaigns. Start using your data as your advantage!

    Most co-op gets used at the end of the year mostly due to fund accrual. But local partners need media in-market during their peak seasons. One of our clients has seen over 60% of all leads driven by partner campaigns during promotional periods. How can you make sure that partners have media in-market during peak seasons? 🗣️ Make sure local partners know when campaigns are available. 🆕 Create a nurture campaign to alert them of new creative for peak season promotions. One-time announcements are not enough! 📊 Share data of other local partners' success who have run co-op-eligible campaigns so they can know what to expect for performance. 🤝 Share brand-level data from your marketing campaigns and ensure they align with the campaigns you have made available to them.
