We’re SO proud of SVFS Transportation Coordinator (and our beloved colleague) Wesley Moore, this year’s recipient of the ADAMH Board of Franklin County Extraordinary Mile Award! 🏆 Wesley removes barriers for SVFS families every day by coordinating student transportation to and from St. Vincent Prep Academy. He goes out of his way to ensure families feel safe and welcome even before they step foot in our building. Congratulations on this special honor, Wesley! 👏 🎉

St. Vincent Prep Academy Principal Ann Green shares what makes SVPA a great fit for students facing behavioral challenges and trauma. 💚 Learn more about SVPA at https://lnkd.in/gFChdyxh
At St. Vincent Prep Academy, we're committed to addressing every student's unique needs and fostering their growth in all areas - academic, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical. We recognize that a traditional classroom isn't always the best fit, especially for those facing behavioral challenges or trauma. As principal, I want to assure parents and guardians that our dedicated team is here to create tailored, nurturing environments that support and heal every child.

This week, we welcomed our generous partners and funders to our newly renovated Children's Residential Treatment space! We are so grateful to all who invested in this important project, to enhance our space and increase access to critical behavioral health services for children and families across Ohio. Our children have a brighter, more welcoming space to call their temporary home, and our team members have a more vibrant and adequate workplace to care for these vulnerable youth. 💚 Thank you to all who made this project possible! ▪️ Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services ▪️ ADAMH Board of Franklin County ▪️ Franklin County Board of Commissioners ▪️ City of Columbus ▪️ American Electric Power ▪️ Nationwide ▪️ Grange Insurance ▪️ Crane Group ▪️ Catholic Diocese of Columbus ▪️ Worthington Enterprises ▪️ The Columbus Foundation ▪️ The Catholic Foundation of Ohio ▪️ Heartland Bank And to many more who supported this project and our work along the way! 🎉
