Introducing SFTP-based claims submission 📂 🎉 Already using SFTP for claims processing but don’t want to overhaul your existing setup? With Stedi’s fully managed SFTP-based claims submission, you can now seamlessly connect to Stedi’s server, submit claims, and retrieve claim status and remittances—all without disrupting your current workflows. Here’s how it works: 1) Create both test and production SFTP users from within the Stedi app 2) Connect to Stedi's server and drop compliant X12 EDI 837 claims into the to-stedi directory. 3) Stedi automatically validates the claim data. If there are no errors, Stedi routes production claims to payers and test claims to our test clearinghouse. 4) Stedi places claim responses – X12 277s and ERAs – into the from-stedi directory, which you can retrieve at your preferred cadence.
