About us
Founded in 1911, Sterling Realty Organization, Co. (SRO) is a full-service real estate company that owns, develops and manages property in the Pacific Northwest and Utah. SRO is based out of based out of 777 - 108TH Avenue NE, Suite 2150, Bellevue, Washington, United States. With a rich history of family ownership, 3rd and 4th generation family members are active in the business and ownership extends into the 5th generation. Many of our properties were originally movie theaters and other entertainment businesses. Over the last several decades, SRO has retained most of this property and transformed into a commercial real estate company with a portfolio of institutional-grade assets. SRO's objective is to provide premium spaces for work and entertainment in the communities we call home.
