Ryan will lead all finance and accounting functions for StoneRiver and SRPM, including planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all corporate, property, and development debt and finance-related activities for the companies. Ryan is a licensed CPA with 20+ years of leadership experience in strategic finance, operations, and accounting. Ryan has a proven track record of delivering outstanding leadership, operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic growth. He brings a wealth of knowledge, including driving performance and working to successfully build strong real estate organizations. Ryan has an impressive and diverse background, including time as an Executive Advisor of Dennison Advisors LLC, CFO at NorthPoint Development, SVP of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at American Campus Communities, Thermon Group Holdings, and Ernst and Young. “With Ryan’s extensive experience and demonstrated strategic leadership, he will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth,” said Joseph Welden, President and CIO. “His high-caliber talent will guide us toward a future of thoughtful, strategic decision-making.”

It is with great pleasure to announce the promotion of Emily Jordan to Chief of Staff for StoneRiver Company and StoneRiver Property Management.  In this new role, Emily will collaborate with both companies to strengthen internal operational aspects and ensure that they are well-positioned for future growth and success. While Emily will be working with all functional department heads, she will also work directly with the VP of Property Management on building infrastructure for property management and enhancing the company culture through strengthened communication. Emily's career trajectory has been defined by her roles in accounting, operations, and management. Her ability to establish processes and procedures while maintaining a team-oriented atmosphere is a testament to her unique skill set. During her time at StoneRiver, Emily has been instrumental in our growth, working strategically with senior leadership to shape the company we are today. Her previous experiences in accounting and operations, coupled with her experience prior to coming to StoneRiver, uniquely equip her to lead us into this new chapter.  Congratulations, Emily!
