We are continuing our development of our Modern Farmhouse Project in Waterbury's east end! This 63 unit plan strives to capture smaller community relationships with 3 "Nested Neighborhoods", an edited version of the traditional porch-streetscape relationship and a shared clubhouse with view sheds to preserved wetlands and natural vernal pool water features. Meandering walking trails and very deliberate view sheds to both open and preserved natural environments connect the neighborhoods and outdoor spaces in this new, passive solar, retake on the Contemporary Farmhouse vernacular.
