Yesterday our team was in San Francisco for #TAGlocal. ✨ The conversations and presentations were so inspiring. We're still thinking about how Dr. Nitha Fiona Nagubadi of Mango Networx framed the integration of AI as a change management strategy. She made the case that before adoption at the individual level, organizations have to clarify why a tool is being implemented in the first place and craft an overarching governance policy. 🧡 We love to see responsible AI adoption strategies gaining momentum. A big thanks to the Technology Association of Grantmakers for putting on the event!

🛠 We have work to do. The ability of women to exercise their full power in society is directly connected to the quality of their health. Yet, today, women experience inequities across all aspects of their health. These inequities can negatively impact their daily lives, as well as their economic prospects and prosperity, their ability to engage in their communities, and their opportunities to achieve their goals. That’s why Pivotal Ventures, a Melinda French Gates organization, and Lever for Change launched Action for Women’s Health, a $250 million global open call that will fund organizations around the world improving women’s mental and physical health. Registration is now OPEN! This initiative seeks to open access to funding streams to organizations and groups that historically have not had access to them. Interested organizations can find more information on the Submittable page: https://lnkd.in/gyEzW6_f
Only 2% of charitable giving goes to women. Can Melinda French Gates change that?
