Big problems, BOLD community solutions. 💪 💙 We love hearing about these fantastic lessons learned from Community Solutions, Inc., the recipient of the MacArthur Foundation's second round of #100andChange in 2021!
Individual organizations cannot get a city or county to zero homelessness on their own, but by working together, a consolidated team can. Learn how Community Solutions, Inc.'s Built for Zero movement is helping communities end veteran and chronic homelessness by bringing key nonprofit and government organizations together. #WorldHomelessDay #100andChange 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gQVdFe2Z

Thanks to our Bold Solutions Network member, Perkins School for the Blind for co-hosting an insightful and inspiring discussion about mobilizing support to make #education #inclusive. As the world gathers in New York for the United Nations General Assembly (#UNGA), this was a powerful reminder that we collectively need to deliver on the promise that every child can learn and that we need to focus on changing people's lives, not just systems. Thanks to all the panelists: Nalini Tarakeshwar; Pia Rebello Britto; María José Carranza Padilla; Leandro Bassini, Katherine Holland, and Kristen J. Molyneaux, Ph.D. 👏👏👏 [Image description: Panelists sit in a semi-circle on a stage, engaged in discussion, in front of banners with photos of children that say "Every child can learn.]
