At our plant in Niagara, Ontario, we recognized September 30 as the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation to honor the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Survivors, their families, and communities. This day served as a reminder of the lasting impacts of residential schools and our responsibility in the reconciliation process. We also marked Orange Shirt Day, a movement to promote the message that Every Child Matters. The orange shirt symbolized the stripping away of culture and freedom experienced by Indigenous children. As we reflect on these significant commemorations, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Canadian colleagues. We’re thrilled to announce that our Dream Oatmilk Barista will expand to an additional 6,700 stores across North America in January 2025, through a partnership with a large coffee chain!   This expansion significantly boosts the distribution of SunOpta Dream Oatmilk Barista, leveraging the oat extraction capacity from our Modesto, CA investment announced in June 2024 and maximizing our manufacturing facility in Midlothian, TX.
