We are thrilled to announce that Neisha Adams has joined the Sur La Table family as the General Manager of our Bradley Fair store in Wichita, Kansas. Neisha brings a wealth of retail leadership experience and a passion for fostering strong team dynamics. When asked about her approach, she said: "For a successful team dynamic, I look for opportunities to catch team members doing something right! Congratulating them encourages continued development, and a genuine 'Thank You' at the end or throughout the day goes a long way." Her enthusiasm for cooking has been inspired by her husband Ben, who encouraged Neisha to explore new cuisines beyond her Kansas roots. She shared, "Growing up in Kansas we are not privy to a lot of seafood and through my husband Ben's encouragement I have become adventurous in my cooking and eating as well. Our new favorite dish is linguini with clams in a white wine sauce. In July I hope to tackle clams casino!" Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Neisha.
