On January 15, Team SEIT celebrates it’s first anniversary of listing on the National Stock Exchange. From starting to work together as a small team in Deepavali 2023 to operating as a full-fledged organization this festive season, SEIT has come a long way in the last one year. To celebrate this journey, and our bond as a team, the full team including our site leaders from our asset locations gathered in our Mumbai office last week. Apart from the opportunity to getting to know each other better, the teams’ used the time on hand to undergo a comprehensive training on Integrated Management System (IMS) in preparation for upcoming ISO audits, as well as a day-long first-aider refresher program in line with our SHE requirements. In keeping with the festive mood, we concluded our gathering with the team dinner - raising a toast to our collective strength as a team and committing ourselves to ensuring that SEIT scales new heights come Deepavali 2025. The Directors of the Investment Manager of Sustainable Energy Infra Trust along with the leadership team visited our 280 MWp solar power plant located near Bikaner, Rajasthan. During the visit, the Directors engaged with our site managers and the teams from our Operations & Maintenance partner Mahindra Teqo. A wide range of topics such as operational performance, performance optimization, forecasting and scheduling, maintenance practices, technology deployment and ESG practices were discussed during the visit. The Board members also visited various sections of the 837 acres site including the control room and took part in the customary tree plantation ceremony.
