T2 is excited to welcome two new additions to our growing #IR team! Both will play a critical role in growing and supporting our investors and advisors. Michael Ritter joins as Head of Investor Relations with more than a decade of experience in financial services and real estate private equity, coming to us from Blue Vista Capital Management. Andrew Bowers has joined as an Associate where he will play a critical role in expanding T2’s investor base and enhancing existing investor relationships.

We are excited to announce that we’ve expanded our portfolio in Nashville with the acquisition of 160 2nd Avenue North, previously home to “The Old Spaghetti Factory." The property, which was damaged by the 2020 Christmas bombing, will be restored and converted into 50+ residential condominiums and the 10,000 square foot Second Avenue retail business space will be reactivated. Jeff Brown, CEO and Founder, believes that given Nashville’s persistent growth and the prime location of the 160 Lofts project, as a leading commercial real estate investor, T2 is well positioned to shepherd this project and help activate Second Avenue into an integral part of downtown.

Last week, the T2 team joined our partner, Rockefeller Group, at our Vista at Councill Square project in Huntsville Alabama.    We were also joined by teams from ARCO/Murray, Matheny Goldmon Architecture + Interiors, and Willow Bridge Property Company for on-site meetings and a progress tour.   We look forward to this 332-unit class 'A' multi-family building's completion in Q2 2025.   #T2 #MultiFamilyProperty

The T2 team is excited about our partnership with Campus Realty Advisors (CRA) for the recent acquisition of The Junction San Marcos, a 152-unit, 488-bed student housing community in San Marcos, Texas, near Texas State University. With a decade-long relationship, this is the 10th project that T2 and CRA have done together. The conviction in acquiring the property is another indication of the opportunity we see around the country for high quality investment in the student housing sector. We are thankful for our long-lasting relationship with Byline Bank which provided a $15.2 million loan for the project.  #CRE #T2
