We are excited to announce that we’ve expanded our portfolio in Nashville with the acquisition of 160 2nd Avenue North, previously home to “The Old Spaghetti Factory." The property, which was damaged by the 2020 Christmas bombing, will be restored and converted into 50+ residential condominiums and the 10,000 square foot Second Avenue retail business space will be reactivated.
