    I’ve always admired Thomas Keller Restaurant Group for his incredible masterclass on elevating the customer experience and creating a culture of culinary excellence. His commitment to perfection is nothing short of inspiring. During my recent visit to one of my favorite Napa spots, Ad Hoc, I was once again blown away by the food and the impeccable customer service. The attention to detail is extraordinary, even down to their uniforms. I was so impressed that I asked our server if it might be possible to purchase one of their uniforms as a fan. To my surprise, just a few moments later, he came back and asked for my size. This kind of thoughtfulness and connection is what makes Ad Hoc and Thomas Keller’s restaurants so special. The experience reminded me of the power of a strong, intentional culture. At TANDA, we strive to bring some of these same principles to the companies we partner with, helping them boost retention, productivity, and engagement through better benefits aligned with meaningful outcomes. Our server joked that the simplest way to get a uniform was to complete their training and work for them. Honestly, it was tempting. Their culture is so inspiring, and it resonates with what we aim to achieve by amplifying a company’s core values to supercharge its people and performance. If you haven’t yet, I highly recommend Thomas Keller’s masterclass.
