Dia da Família na Techniplas Brasil. No último dia 20/07, tivemos o privilégio de receber mais de 1200 pessoas em nossa empresa para o tão aguardado Dia da Família, com o tema Diversidade e Inclusão. Todos puderam se divertir com nossa programação e se deliciar com os comes e bebes. Durante o evento, tivemos diversas instituições parceiras: Eu Me Importo: divulgação do trabalho da instituição e locais para doação. Novo Cãomeço: Alguns amigos de quatro patas estiveram no evento para receberem carinho dos visitantes e encontrar um novo lar. Assupira: Oferecemos uma oficina de Libras, permitindo que nossos visitantes se conectassem de maneira nova e inclusiva. Instituição Serenidade do Toque: Proporcionamos massagens realizadas por profissionais cegos, um momento de relaxamento e aprendizado sobre as diferentes formas de sensibilidade. 👏 Agradecemos de Coração: Um enorme agradecimento aos nossos colaboradores voluntários, cuja dedicação e entusiasmo foram fundamentais para que este evento fosse um sucesso. Sem vocês, nada disso seria possível! Foi um dia incrível que reafirmou nosso compromisso com a diversidade e a inclusão. Last July 20th, we had the privilege of welcoming more than 1200 people to our company for the long-awaited Family Day, with the theme Diversity and Inclusion. Everyone was able to have fun with the activities and enjoy food and drinks. During the event, several partner institutions: • Eu Me Importo: publicizing the institution’s work and places to donate. • New Cãomeço: Some four-legged friends were at the event to receive affection from visitors and find a new home. • Assupira: We offer a Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) workshop, allowing our visitors to connect in a new and inclusive way. • Instituto Serenidade do Toque: We provide massages performed by blind professionals, a moment of relaxation and learning about different forms of sensitivity. 👏 Heartfelt Thanks: A huge thank you to our volunteer collaborators, whose dedication and motivation were fundamental for this event to be a success. Without you, none of this would be possible! It was an incredible day that reaffirmed our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Our plant in Mansfield, Ohio has been partnering with YMCA of North Central Ohio. for over a year. Recently, they designed and built a stand out of scrap for the YMCA produce grown in their garden! This display is set up in the community for members to pick up FREE produce for their families. We want to thank our Mansfield team for going above and beyond!

We are excited to announce that Hector Flores has joined Techniplas as the Chief Operating Officer for North America. Hector will lead the North American organization in improving operational business performance. Hector brings nearly 31 years of proven global operational experience transforming large automotive tier-1 organizations. He gained world-class experience in senior leadership roles with companies such as Horizon Global, Magna Powertrain, and Certus Automotive Lear Corporation. Hector possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a major in Manufacturing and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More College in Northern Kentucky.
