As summer is winding down and our interns are heading back to school, we wanted to take a moment to let them know that we are incredibly appreciative of their contributions and grateful they chose Tenet3® to be a part of their academic and professional journeys. Not only did they consistently produce high quality, creative work, they also asked thoughtful questions that challenged assumptions. Plus, they brought an energy to the office that will be missed. Throughout the past three months, they reminded many of us what it's like to be a first time learner: full of curiosity and enthusiasm, mixed with a wee bit of trepidation, yet courageous and eager to improve. We hope we were able to provide just the right balance of challenge and support to create learnings that they will carry with them as their careers take shape.

Over the years Jace's curiosity, expertise, and dedication have played a pivotal role in the success of Tenet3®. Plus, he is just plain great to work with. He doesn't shy away from challenges and continues to embrace new opportunities. Here's to many more years of achievements and growth with our team!

Melanie joined Tenet3® just one year ago after a successful internship while she was studying at the University of Cincinnati. This past year she has made valuable contributions to our platform's code base. And while only a few might know that she loves to bake and sew, it is no secret that she is an unapologetic coffee aficionado with a strong conviction that Vietnamese coffee is the absolute best. We are so grateful to have her on our team!

Congratulations to Nathan Rude for another year at Tenet3®! Nathan lives out our core values everyday at work, especially when it comes to taking stewardship. He proactively identifies opportunities or challenges and addresses them without waiting for direction. Plus, he does it all with a contagious smile!

It's hard to believe that Evan Brohman has been with Tenet3® for a full year! We are grateful for Evan's leadership at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology's Digital Innovation & Integration Center of Excellence. He is truly collaborative, focused and curious as he works to bring meaningful transformation to those he serves. Just about the only thing that might distract him is the chance to fly fish on the Snake River.

Please extend a warm welcome to our newest team member, Robert Ishmael! Bob brings over 20 years of IT industry experience to Tenet3®. He is a proud Dayton local with a master's degree in Information Systems from Wright State University. Bob enjoys exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and three college age sons when he's not navigating the complexities of technology. His extensive experience and grounded perspective make him a valuable addition to our team.

We are delighted to welcome our new intern, Natalie Hughes, to Tenet3®! Natalie is double majoring in English and Anthropology at the Miami University of Ohio. Not only is she skilled with the double bass, but she also has a passion for reading, art, and the poignant poetry of Richard Silken. Her diverse interests and talents are sure to enrich our team this summer!

Let's give a warm welcome to Eve Campo, who is a returning intern to Tenet3®! Eve is entering her sophomore year at Purdue University's Polytechnic Institute majoring in Cybersecurity with a concentration in Mandarin Chinese. In her free time she enjoys gaming, baking, and hanging out with her two dogs. Plus, this summer she plans to build herself a new computer and arcade cabinet using a Raspberry Pi!

A warm welcome to our new summer intern, Nathan Snizik. Nathan is a dual major in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) and Information Security at The Ohio State University. In his free time, Nathan enjoys listening to a wide variety of music, playing the bass, and watching sports (especially the Buckeyes and Steelers!). While on campus, Nathan helps out with special events for his campus’s activities board and as a part of his campus job with Ohio State Athletics.

Please join us in welcoming another Tenet3® summer intern! Riley is a talented Computer Science major with a minor in French currently heading into her junior year at Miami University of Ohio. In addition to her studies, she enjoys playing the the piano and spending time with her dog, Esch. We are excited to see the impact she will make as we strive to continually improve the quality of our software!
