As our Programs Coordinator Sarah will help share kids’ stories and support foster families through the I Belong Project, Foster Friendly Business Program and App. - - - Our innovative Foster Friendly Program and App engage area businesses to support kinship and foster parents with discounts, resources and support. Foster Friendly Businesses use their unique products or services to benefit foster families. As a result, families build connection over meals together, create lifelong memories at local attractions, capture sweet moments during photography sessions, heal with the help of trauma-informed counselors and so much more. With support from local businesses, foster parents are able to keep their homes open longer and better serve those placed in their care. Foster Friendly Businesses serve as safe spaces within the community, where everyone is welcome and staff are attuned to the unique needs of kids in care. Internally, businesses experience the rewarding sense of corporate responsibility and community engagement while building a culture of compassion and inclusivity. Work with us! FULL-TIME Programs & Events Manager (Statewide) This role will oversee our I Belong Project™ & Annual Fundraisers. Successful candidates are able cast vision and execute detailed plans for growth and expansion. The I Belong Project™ currently captures the voices of 200+ children per year in need of an adoptive family. These video and photo shoots take place throughout the state and require strategic prep for both day-of the shoot, and follow up recruitment for each child. The Project Manager will be on location running point on each filming day (managing logistics of videographers, photographers, vendors and volunteers onsite) while ensuring our young guests have an amazing day and experience! This role will guide strategy to grow and improve the program and ensure key metrics are met. These filming days occur once each month and requires travel across Tennessee - including, but not limited to: Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Bristol. The Program & Events Manager will also run point on event logistics for 3 fundraisers each year. The Application deadline is January 12, 2024.
