We were honored to be asked to present at the 2024 FVEY A4 Collaboration Forum, where we had the opportunity to share more about what Tesseract is and how we’re driving logistics innovation. It was an incredible networking opportunity, especially engaging with the FVEY AOs. During the forum, Lt. Gen. Tom Miller highlighted the strength of our LNO (Liaison Officers) network in supporting Airmen innovators, and Maj Gen Jeff King emphasized the value of gaining insights from our partners on their innovation processes. 🌟 Meet Our LNO: TSgt Darren Hernandez 🌟 TSgt Darren Hernandez is an F-15 Crew Chief stationed at Kadena AB, Okinawa, serving as the 18 MXG CI2 Manager. Darren originally wanted to become a First Sergeant to help people, but he found another path to make an impact—by tackling work problems through Theory of Constraints (ToC) and process improvement. Now, he shares these concepts with anyone willing to listen. What Darren enjoys most as an LNO is helping people break through barriers and realize their improvement goals. He’s proud to have helped the AGE flight at Kadena transform their processes, which led to more efficient operations and freeing up personnel for other critical tasks. “I always love seeing the look on people’s faces after they realize how they’ve been holding themselves back by doing things the hard way.” Darren’s message to fellow Airmen? 🚀Joint Huddle with J-4 Logistics: Driving Innovation in Logistics🚀 Last week, we had the privilege of hosting members from the J-4 Logistics team, along with participation from A4LX, at Tesseract! During this session, we had an honest exchange about the challenges and realities of innovation across the military branches. We didn’t shy away from tough conversations about the obstacles that slow progress and the setbacks and rejections that come with pushing for real change. What resonated with us was the shared understanding that true innovation isn’t about playing it safe—it’s about fighting for progress, even when the odds are stacked against you. Tesseract has been in that fight, tackling these hurdles head-on, and we’re not stopping.
