    Last summer, we at Tezi AI announced our $9M seed funding to launch Max, the world’s first autonomous AI recruiting agent. After iterating for a few months with a small number of design partners, we started onboarding paying customers last fall, and today are thrilled to announce general availability of the product! Hiring is magical when it works well. It is a thrill for a candidate to find their dream job or for a hiring manager to find that amazing hire they can’t wait to start on their team. But the process to get there is often slow and expensive, with a lot of tedious, repetitive work that takes up countless hours. Jason James and I started Tezi with a vision to create a product that takes the tedium out of recruiting so hiring teams can focus on what they do best and enjoy the most: meeting with amazing candidates and selling the vision, evaluating mutual fit and closing the deal. We built Max, an autonomous AI agent that can partner with hiring teams across the recruiting funnel: building a sourcing list, sending out email sequences, reviewing thousands of resumes to find the gems, screening candidates or scheduling interviews. Max can be the solo recruiting partner for a founder or hiring manager in a small startup, or add capacity to talent teams at larger companies by superhuman-izing the recruiters.     I often get asked what Tezi AI's ICP is. It is not a particular segment or size of company. Rather, it is anyone that is *underwater* trying to recruit. It could be an early startup founder, a hiring manager or head of function at a mid size company or a lean talent team at a larger company that has more open roles than they can reasonably drive. This person just doesn't have time to use tools, they want someone who can take the actual workload. They love that with Max you just setup a role and sit back while it delivers qualified candidates to your calendar. Deals close in as less as a few hours after a sales call.   • We've spoken with hundreds of hiring managers and recruiters as we've built out Max! What are their top wishes for an AI recruiting partner? ✅ Can it help me find candidates even with nuanced experiences? For example, I need someone who's worked as a Senior ML engineer at Series A or B startups for 5 to 8 years, has some experience managing, and is located in Austin, TX. ✅ How quickly can I set it up and have it begin sourcing? ✅ How does it communicate with candidates? Like a robot or like a human? These are all good questions. Max is great at finding candidates with specific experiences in this example. It can be set up and ready to source in less than an hour, and we've built Max to communicate as naturally as possible with candidates, so it's friendly but direct and straightforward. We're big on transparency so candidates will always know they're communicating with an AI recruiting partner.
