We have partnered once again with the publisher Global Retail Brands to gather and share valuable insights for all professionals and businesses operating in the food sector.
This time, we decided to focus on the importance of understanding the origin of what we eat, produce and distribute in order to improve quality and safety, as well as promote responsible sourcing practices.
The publication "Exploring Origin - The Importance Of Knowing Where Food Comes From" features voices from different parts of the world and covers all aspects of the food supply chain, from sourcing and certifications to packaging and retail strategies.
