The CTE Research Network 2.0 will expand on the work of the original CTE Research Network and seeks to expand the evidence base on the impact of CTE programs on student outcomes.

We are pleased to announce that SRI Education is launching a new study, “Career Development Opportunities in Los Angeles Unified School District,” funded by the Institute of Education Sciences. In the first phase, the research will explore the availability, access, and implementation of these programs for secondary students, analyzing participation and progression. In future phases, the team will assess the impact of these opportunities on students’ educational outcomes. This study will join the new Career & Technical Education CTE Research Network 2.0, which seeks to increase the number of rigorous CTE studies and strengthen the capacity of the field to conduct and use CTE research.
