A simple chat between friends about giving back to the community has now become a 20-year tradition. Each year since, Carroll/Adams and Commissioner Patty Sheehan team up to supply students in underserved communities with supplies needed to aid in their academic success. Seeing those beaming faces as they pick out their new backpacks stuffed with supplies leaves our hearts so full! Over 2,000 backpacks later, this tradition is still going strong, and we look forward to many more years ahead.

Project Post: Drift Nashville—This 87-key boutique hotel is located just east of the river that connects East Nashville, Germantown, and Downtown Nashville. Drift has unobstructed views of the city skyline. Using natural materials in the FF&E and sourcing art from local artists, the team's efforts have brought new life into a former inn built in 1966, preserving its Mid-Century architecture while introducing modern interiors.
