Today marks the 1 year anniversary of the launch of Ithaca Bikeshare. OMG!! What a year! Thanks to everyone who helped make this happen. We have too many important people to name but I want to shoutout Mike Parker and Laurence Clarkberg who really do the heavy lifting in bike share world. In just 365 days we have provided 68,890 bike rides!!!!! That is an average of 188 bike rides a day. We have ridden 176,000 total miles for almost 1,000,000 minutes!!! 8070 people have downloaded our app and more than 95% of them have taken at least 1 ride. Our #1 rider has taken almost 700 trips and our bike with the most uptime has provided 800 trips. We are still growing and expanding and we can’t wait to see what happens next!!
