Building healthy eating habits in childhood helps improve health outcomes, but 30% of Philadelphia's children do not have consistent access to food. To bring fresh produce close to home, our Healthier Together initiative teams up with Bartram's Garden to set up garden beds filled with starter plants in families' yards. This partnership makes fresh food more convenient and supports healthy eating habits for families. Learn more: http://ms.spr.ly/6044qYByu.
