📢 Breakthrough in heart failure treatment! 📢 We're thrilled to announce that our exceptional heart team has successfully completed the first U.S. implant of the V-LAP sensor, designed by Vectorious Medical Technologies. This groundbreaking sensor enables remote monitoring and self-management of heart failure, representing a significant advancement in patient care through our partnership with the Carl and Edyth Lindner Center for Research and Education. “The successful first U.S. V-LAP implantation represents a pivotal moment in heart failure management,” says Ramesh Emani, MD, Director of Heart Failure Clinical Trials at The Christ Hospital Health Network. “This innovative approach aims to improve patient outcomes through a reduction in hospitalizations and enhancement of overall quality of life for heart failure patients.” Through clinical trials, we continue to make strides in medical treatment at Cincinnati's Heart Hospital. Our Urology Physician's office at the Mt. Auburn location is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, and Scheduler to join our team! In the Medical Assistant role, you will be responsible for rooming patients, assisting in minor procedures, calling results, and working with patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for nurse visits, scheduling surgery, and contacting patients to answer questions and review results. In the Scheduler role, you will be responsible for checking patients in and out, answering questions, running insurance, and assisting with referrals in the office.
