    October’s Success Spotlight!     Excited to highlight this month’s placement success! A few weeks ago, we had the great opportunity to help place an experienced Corporate Controller for a large Private Equity Firm headquartered here in Dallas. This position posed an interesting challenge, as the client had a very specific criteria, they were in the market for someone with PE Experience, familiarity with mergers and acquisitions as well as strong analytical, operational finance experience, and on top of all of that someone who would fit the culture of the organization.  Luckily, our team doesn’t shy away from hard-to-fill roles like this, and we jumped at the chance to take this challenge head on and find the perfect candidate.    The candidate that we submitted ended up being presented with a job offer after only a few rounds of interviewing and was able to start the role less than three weeks from the time the search began. Being able to find high-quality candidates quickly is one of the things we pride ourselves on at The Encompass Group! One of the ways we celebrate these things is through Shoutouts! When a team member has something amazing to share about a colleague, we all gather in the main room at the sound of the "shoutout bell." It’s a time to recognize how someone is exemplifying our mission, and the energy is contagious. What often starts as one shoutout quickly turns into two, three, or even more! Each Shoutout is then posted on our Shoutout Board for everyone to see and be inspired by. We've found that when we intentionally look for the great things happening around us, we end up with even more reasons to celebrate. Omar is among a talented group of young professionals in our industry named to the inaugural 30 Under 30 Class selected by Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) and Recycling Today. Omar is focused on safety initiatives, energy consumption reduction, quality control and sampling, project management and material sortation automation. He has developed tools that promote safe and efficient production, including automated tarping systems, rotor-stop technology and equipment modeling, fostering a cleaner and safer work environment.
