I’m incredibly blessed to celebrate six amazing years doing what I love every single day, surrounded by a team that is the definition of support, encouragement, and dedication in every sense of the word. Six years ago, I joined The Encompass Group and I still vividly remember sitting down with John Luke Spitler, discussing the vision for my role. It wasn’t just about revenue, closing deals, or building new relationships—it was about being hired to serve. That conversation remains the foundation of everything we’ve built together. It’s what sets our team apart and is a guiding principle that has shaped my approach ever since. Since then, every call, every email, every interaction I’ve had has been driven by the mindset of servanthood. It’s not just a philosophy—it’s a commitment that defines not only how I engage with my colleagues, but everyone I interact with. My goal has always been simple: to leave a positive, lasting impact on every person I have the privilege of serving. The past six years have been filled with challenges, triumphs, and immense growth, and I wouldn’t trade any of it. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some of the most passionate, talented, and driven individuals—like Rachel Gerdes, Terry Ackermann, Joyce Godbey, Wren Bell, Danielle Zigmond, Robert Rich, and so many more. You all embody excellence, and together we’ve built something special. To the entire team, and especially John Luke Spitler — thank you for your support, for constantly pushing each other to grow, innovate, and elevate, and for making every day feel like a new opportunity to do something impactful. I am proud to be a part of this journey, and I look forward to many more years of delivering the Encompass Experience at the highest level.
