This weekend, my wife Lauren and I had our weekly date night, and we decided to try out Pizzeria Testa. We’d heard great things and figured it was time to see what all the buzz was about. The service that we received was what I can only describe as The Encompass Experience. From the moment we walked in, we were completely blown away by the customer service and the genuine kindness that radiated from the entire staff. It wasn’t just good service—it was as if we were being welcomed by family. Every interaction felt personal and heartfelt. And the food? Absolutely delicious (seriously, check out the picture). But it wasn’t just the food that left a lasting impression—it was the entire experience. Days later, I’m still thinking and talking about it. At Encompass, we aim to deliver this level of exceptional experience every single day. I believe we do a great job, but being on the receiving end of such incredible hospitality has given me a renewed appreciation for the impact of simple, genuine kindness.
