Congratulations to Joe Pagliazzo on the successful completion of the INSPIRE Leadership Development Program. Over the course of the 18-month program, Joe demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill while rotating through key departments, including Housekeeping, Banquets, and most recently, Front Office. His outstanding performance in each of these roles culminated in his recognition as Leader of the Quarter earlier this year.
