From an intern at CCAT to leading business development at Trumpf, and now serving as VP of Sales at Tsugami America, Salay has mastered the art of translating technical expertise into real-world impact. Her advice? Don’t feel stuck in your role—try new things, challenge yourself, and see where it leads. A true advocate for STEM and manufacturing, Salay thrives on seeing the tangible results of her work—like the moment she spotted a medical tool she helped develop in a doctor's office. Beyond work, Salay is fueled by travel, volleyball, and an unshakable drive to break barriers. She proves that manufacturing isn’t just about machines—it’s about making a difference.
