Our firm focuses on sustainable, environmentally-conscious design. Sustainable architecture seeks to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings by enhancing efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and land development. Sustainable design is about being responsible with the earth's resources. However, green design is not just about the impact on the environment, but also the impact on the occupants of the buildings. We strive to design buildings that are comfortable, healthy, and as efficient as possible. The new Coastal Vascular and Vein medical practice is situated in Murrells Inlet, SC, one of America’s oldest coastal communities. Its design features a brick exterior that lends to the traditional architecture of the area, while also incorporating modern elements like aluminum sunshades and sleek reveal trim for Hardie panels.

Our architect and interior design team *temporarily* stepped into the fashion world to compete in Charleston Fashion Week! They created a unique art-deco dress using materials from Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering and The HON Company.

Talk about an entrance! 🌱 The living moss wall we incorporated into the Accountfully office design is a statement piece. It's a fresh take on signage that says, "Welcome to a space where creativity thrives."

Here's a peek into The Morris at 1080 Morrison Drive. To balance the starkness of the exposed concrete columns, natural wood was incorporated into the lobby spaces with acoustic wood ceilings and wood paneling around the elevator bank. The exposed concrete is a standout feature, but the wood accents and greenery really soften the look.
