Once again, Ocean House is honored to receive a Five Diamond designation from AAA, a globally recognized symbol of "world-class luxury, amenities and indulgence for a once-in-a-lifetime experience." Sister property Watch Hill Inn earned a Four Diamond designation for its "upscale style and amenities with the right touch of service." Accepting the award for Ocean House was Ocean House Collection President and Managing Director Hirsch, Dant; Ocean House Resort Manager Gabrielle Clark accepted the award for Watch Hill Inn. Over 100 hospitality employers travelled from 24 states for an amazing three days of education, collaboration, and networking. This critical role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering unparalleled luxury service. The Resort Manager ensures that all associates and leaders—including guest relations, laundry, engineering, spa, housekeeping, butlers, PBX, bell/valet, transportation, retail, and concierge—exceed Forbes five-star standards and create outstanding experiences for our guests and members.
