A large high pressure manifold for aerospace products went through witness testing this week at Oilgear Leeds, UK with our customer who appreciated the compact solution Oilgear provided, The Oilgear design reduced the installation footprint and piping complexity. This manifold replaces 3 existing manifolds and a huge amount of piping. Potential leak points and fire hazards have been eliminated and fault finding made simpler through the integrated diagnostics designed into the manifold. Our Oilgear UK Engineering Manager (Darren Pratt) sends his thanks and appreciation to everyone who has had a hand in this and commented that "It was good to see everyone working together to satisfy our customer needs." Once on site the Oilgear UK Field Service team will be on a tight schedule to remove all the existing equipment and install and commission the new system and have the machine fully functioning before August.
