🙌 Thanks to Lipscomb University & their incredible Event Management team for being such a gracious Feed the Funnel host! Tens of thousands of meals were packed for those affected by Hurricane Helene last fall. 💜 We recently received a note that read, in part, “Your food has helped feed so many people in Spruce Pine, NC … and people across three counties!” Isaiah 58:10 says, “If you invest in those who are hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will shine in the darkness. The darkest part of the night will become like the middle of the day.” To all who packed, transported, distributed, prepared and served these meals, your light is shining brightly! 💡 #beneighborly #feedthefunnel #teambuilding #volunteer #communityservice #cometogether

Over 150 people put on groovy hairnets, crank up awesome tunes (maybe have a dance party!), and create 75,000 shelf stable meals that we will donate to local nonprofits feeding the hungry and homeless.
