What do all Reference Profiles have in common? They perform best when meetings match their work style. Our State of Talent Optimization report confirms this. We surveyed 200+ HR professionals, and here’s what they’re prioritizing: 🎯 51% want better meetings ➕ 26% want more meetings ➖ 23% want fewer meetings 📝 11% want better documentation So how do you decide which of these goals is right for you? By understanding your team. Got a group that thrives on discussion? Add more meetings. Leading a team that needs time to think? Block off focus time. We spend a lot of time in waiting rooms—at the doctor’s, dentist’s, and of course- in virtual meetings. Whether virtual or physical, waiting rooms can stir up anxiety, and no one wants that before an important meeting! So, we thought it’d be fun to add a little flair to the otherwise empty space while waiting for the host to start a meeting. ✨🤭 Our new custom Zoom waiting rooms do just that by featuring insights into the Reference Profile of who you’re meeting. This not only eases the waiting experience but also helps you understand and connect better with the person on the other side. This is one more way to help everyone show up authentically, and we’re excited to be part of that. 🎉 Check out this blog from Senior Brand Manager Steve Messina to get your custom waiting room and see how it can enhance your meetings. 🔗 https://bit.ly/4eu0ND6

It’s no secret: friction with managers drives people away. But here’s the real secret—HR can step in and fix this. We train individual contributors to excel in their roles. So why don’t we also train them to be great managers? When managers start with the right tools, training, and ongoing development, everyone wins. Wondering if your managers are set up for success? See what other HR leaders are saying: https://bit.ly/4gqjbyA
