"That's my Hometown; it was devastating to see it that way" Charlene Smith, a volunteer leader with The Salvation Army in Tioga County, mobilized her family, friends, and neighbors in support of their community. After the floods came, she and other volunteers worked to distribute food and flood remediation supplies to individuals impacted by the severe flooding caused by Hurricane Debby. Thanks to volunteers like Charlene, we have served a total of 2,223 meals to people impacted by the floods in Tioga and Potter Counties.
