BREAKING: A St. Louis City jury finds trailer manufacturer liable for death of two fathers killed in an underride crash, rendering a $462 million verdict. Simon Law attorneys John G. Simon and Johnny M. Simon tried the case with co-counsels Brian Winebright of Cantor Injury Law and Lisa Tsacoumangos of Brown & Crouppen. Simon Law commends the courage of the families who brought this litigation to hold the industry accountable for decades of failures to keep the public safe from crashes involving vehicles that go underneath trailers. And the firm commends the service of the jurors in this case for sending the message that this won't be tolerated in our community.
