The Water Valley Company, founded in 1990 by fourth-generation Windsor native Martin Lind, stands as Northern Colorado's foremost operator in hospitality, real estate, adventure, golf, fitness, food and beverage. Our diverse offerings include ownership and operation of the Colorado Eagles AHL minor league hockey team, management of prestigious golf courses such as Pelican Lakes Resort & Golf and RainDance National Resort & Golf, the creation of Hoedown Hill—Northern Colorado’s latest snow tubing attraction, and the development of master-planned communities like Water Valley and RainDance. Additionally, we proudly own Discovery Air, a fixed-base operator aviation campus at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport, solidifying our deep connection with the Northern Colorado region.

This month, our dedicated team's unwavering commitment propelled us towards significant milestones, notably nearing the completion of our latest brand experience, Hoedown Hill. This endeavor, born from the cherished memories of Sharktooth Ski & Tubing Hill, have been an ultimate dream project for us. Through countless hours of dedication, passion, and hard work, we're inching closer to the finish line! The nostalgia and love for Sharktooth have fueled the creation of Hoedown, and we are so excited for the communities around us to create those same types of memories with their own families. Today is one of the best days over at The Water Valley Company because we have SO much to be thankful for. This year has been filled with plenty of ups and downs, but the ups are the only thing that seem to stand out when we think about the community behind us, and the mark we get to leave on Northern Colorado. From kicking off a great season of hockey with Colorado Eagles Professional Hockey, LLC to seeing Hoedown Hill begin to come to fruition, we couldn’t do it without the network of employees, corporate partners, and community advocates that seem to surround us.
