It's official: The Wonderful Company is No. 3 on PEOPLE Magazine | PEOPLE.com's 2024 Company that Cares list! 🏆✨ This special honor recognizes the commitment we have long embodied to build a better and healthier world. The Wonderful Company, our founders, Lynda and Stewart Resnick, and their foundations are proud to have directed more than $2.5 billion to philanthropy and corporate social responsibility efforts focused on education, health and wellness, community development, and environmental sustainability in California’s Central Valley, Fiji, and beyond. Our workforce has donated $67 million through Wonderful Giving, served as Wonderful Neighbors, and helped more than 1.5 million community members. Wonderful earned a spot in our first year of eligibility and is the only agriculture company included, behind only Cisco and Hilton. We were chosen from a competitive pool of thousands of U.S. companies based on Great Place To Work US’s extensive research and assessment of confidential surveys sharing firsthand accounts of our company’s culture and leadership. Our people make a difference every day, and we are so proud PEOPLE® has recognized and honored their efforts and commitment. We are excited to continue the work we have done all around the world. We are proud to announce our new president of wines, Steve Myers! He now sits at the helm of our portfolio of diverse luxury wine brands, which includes JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, Lewis Cellars in Napa Valley, and Landmark Vineyards in Sonoma. Myers spent the last 14 years as president of Distinguished Vineyards, which includes Markham Vineyards in Napa, MacRostie Winery in Sonoma, and Argyle Winery in Oregon. Myers has also held senior executive positions in strategy, sales, and marketing at The Duckhorn Portfolio, Beam Wine Estates, and Allied Domecq PLC Wines. This marks a moment for us, as this is the first time that we are forming a standalone wines business based on the success of our growing wine brands. Please join us in raising a glass to the arrival of Steve Myers. We are thrilled to be ushering in this new chapter for our California wines brands and are honored to be under his capable guidance and leadership. To many fruitful years to come!

As we hit the peak of summer, temperatures across the world, especially in California's Central Valley, have reached record highs. To support our employees, Wonderful implements the following strategies to keep them safe and cool. 🧊 Supervisors monitor their team for heat illness and ensure they are provided adequate water, rest, and shade. 🧊 Shaded areas are open-air or provide ventilation and cooling that accommodate each employee comfortably for recovery and rest periods. 🧊 Employees are also provided cool water and electrolyte popsicles to stay hydrated and cool down. The safety of our employees is our top priority, and together, we continue to build a culture of safety at Wonderful.

🏅 Wonderful’s “Way of Work” (WOW) was established seven years ago to cultivate an environment that empowers our employees to challenge the status quo, drive sustainable growth, and further streamline our workflows. In June, our Continuous Improvement team hosted their biennial WOW Coach Summit in Rancho Palos Verdes, California where 120+ WOW coaches from across the enterprise (and the globe) gathered for three days of enrichment activities, leadership workshops, and networking. By constantly seeking new ways to enhance our processes and operations, we create an environment where every team member can thrive.
