There was a lot to unpack in Joby Aviation and Archer's earnings calls last week, so I caught up with Joby’s Paul Sciarra and Archer’s Adam Goldstein and Tom Muniz for deeper insight. When I started to report for this story, it occurred to me that most people (which initially included myself) don't exactly know what ATC modernization really looks like besides the full-bore efforts we all know as "privatization" or "corporatization."
