HISTORY: The Hartman Group was founded by W. Howard Hartman in 1932 in Williamsport, PA. Our team has extensive experience and a commitment to industry education. Our team strives to provide all of our clients with world class customer service experiences and unparalleled value. PURPOSE: Our purpose is to create value for businesses and individuals in our communities by applying our knowledge and relationships to particular client circumstances.
