The Meadows is a 117-bed private behavioral health care facility on a spacious 52-acre rural campus, located minutes outside State College in Central Pennsylvania. As an integrated behavioral health care delivery system, The Meadows provides comprehensive mental and behavioral health treatment services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Each unit on campus provides specialized care programs for every age group. We would like to thank everyone who donated supplies for Operation Hope to help those impacted by Hurricane Helene. We were able to provide seven boxes of essential supplies to help those in need. Thank you to our friends at Frailey's Greenhouse & Garden Center who are collecting, sorting and shipping out these donations.

Last evening, we held our first annual Trunk or Treat! We had a great time entertaining all the ghosts and ghouls that visited. We would like to thank all of those who participated to make this event a success and a special thank you to Centre Hall Fire Department, Bellefonte State Police and the YMCA for participating in the event. A special thank you also go to the Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County for donating candy, Giant Foods for donating gift cards to purchase candy, Mann Forestry for donating candy, Sheetz for donating water, and Biddle's Brewing for donating gift cards that were included in the raffle baskets. We look forward to an even bigger and better event next year!

Last week we held our 40th anniversary staff celebration! Staff were treated to tasty food from Moe's Southwest Grill and a visit from the Cuddle Coral petting zoo. Staff enjoyed getting some cuddle time with highland cow, Howie, goats, Ruffis and Rowdy, and pigs, Peaches and Cream. Congratulations to all of our drawing winners as well. We appreciate you all!
