MO helps government leaders achieve their mission by designing intuitive and sustainable experiences that build trust, improve satisfaction, and reduce burden. Our customers are folks like CTOs, CXOs, CHROs, experience design shops, innovation labs, etc. at organizations including VA, US Air Force, CMS, USDA, AT&T, United Technologies, and J&J. We use design thinking, human-centered design, and agile dev methods to modernize and transform customer and employee experiences. We usher our clients through some of their messiest challenges by simplifying the chaos.     Welcome our new Senior Data Storyteller, Rebecca Passman, MPH to MO! Rebecca is joining CX Catalog and we’re excited to have her! Rebecca lives in Long Island City, Queens (NYC). Rebecca's path here includes her most recent role as Director of Data Science at Harlem Children’s Zone, where she launched a new data science team, developed data strategies, and built interactive dashboards. Before that, she spent several years at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, working on business intelligence and research initiatives focused on patient experience, abortion access, and health equity.  Rebecca is eager to contribute her data visualization skills to support the Department of Veteran Affairs and to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at MO.

    We’re pleased to welcome Rebecca Blakiston to MO as a Sr. Service Designer! Rebecca (she/her) brings a wealth of experience as a researcher, librarian, and UX strategist, having made the transition from higher education to civic tech in 2022. In that time, she has worked on impactful projects for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry as well as the Department of Veterans Affairs. With a strong interest and experience in immigration services, Rebecca is excited to bring her expertise to our work for the State Department.     Welcome to MO Audrey Keim (she/her)!  Audrey has joined us as a Service Designer based in Portland, Oregon. Audrey kicked off her career in government work as a designer at the Ontario Digital Service. Audrey's time at the ODS made a lasting impression and inspired her to pursue civic tech. Audrey loves the complexity and collaboration of civic tech and is excited to be joining MO to continue to serve the public and our clients in creating impactful and intuitive solutions.
