As I conclude my social media internship at THE rAVe Agency I find myself reflecting on what has truly been an extraordinary experience. This journey has not only deepened my understanding of digital marketing but also shown me the power of support, mentorship, and teamwork. Over the past 13 weeks, I’ve had the privilege of: • Crafting around 15 daily social media posts across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for rAVe [PUBS] and writing and posting content for LAVNCH [CODE]. Each piece was designed to reflect our brand’s voice and engage our audience. • Sharpening my skills using Canva to develop a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every post was both visually striking and aligned with our brand’s aesthetic. • Translating the latest developments in the audio-visual industry into engaging and insightful content, staying ahead of trends and capturing what matters most. • Creating informative blogs about complex marketing strategies, and managing press releases, enhancing my skills and gaining confidence in content creation. The most inspiring aspects of this experience has been witnessing the impact of Gary Kayye💜 CTS’s leadership. I greatly admire Gary’s achievements in building the agency into the leading audio-visual media publication company. His dedicated, charisma, and passion for the industry are evident in the exceptional work of his team. It is clear that his enthusiasm and leadership truly inspired everyone to excel in their roles. This opportunity would not have been possible without his vision and unwavering support. I am filled with immense gratitude for the exceptional guidance and support I received. Emily E Dean 💜 was an incredible manager whose understanding and kindness truly made a difference. Kelcie Frye and Megan A. Dutta 💜 enriched my knowledge with their expertise in social media writing, publishing, and scheduling, while Abbie Ashford insights into blog writing were invaluable. Steph Beckett 💜 not only taught me the ropes of press releases but also made my time there genuinely enjoyable. A special mention to Gabriella Romano the former social media intern, whose guidance in the beginning was essential. I carry forward the knowledge and experiences gained here with a sense of accomplishment and anticipation for what’s next.
