We honored Mr. Marcus at our inaugural Veteran Impact Awards with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Congratulations to LTC David Leverett, a native of Carrollton, Georgia and former collegiate baseball player, for being selected as this year's TWA recipient of the Atlanta Braves Fantasy Camp! LTC Leverett was awarded a Bronze Star and served in Iraq and Afghanistan as a Field Artillery Officer. He is currently the G1 for the 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command at Fort Cavazos, Texas and will be retiring from the U.S. Army in August 2025. LTC Leverett, his wife LTC Kristin Leverett and son Jackson will be heading to North Port, FL in January to live out his major league baseball dreams!
