At just 22, Frank is redefining what's possible in sports media: -Youngest broadcaster in USHL history at 20 -Voice and media director for the Omaha Lancers -Known for his incredible ability to learn and memorize game details rapidly Frank's story teaches us valuable lessons about neurodiversity in the workplace: -Frank's hyperfocus allows him to absorb and recall vast amounts of information quickly. -Mentorship matters: Support from industry veterans has been crucial to his growth.
