  • In a recent Forbes article, our CEO Ben Neuberg underscores how patient-centered care is reshaping the future of healthcare. He believes that to truly "put the care back in healthcare," providers must place patients' needs and experiences at the heart of everything they do. Ben proudly highlights ThrIVewell’s role as a leader in championing this essential shift towards more compassionate, patient-focused healthcare practices. • This week's Feature Friday highlights our fantastic PA Specialist Dolores Cochran! "My career transition began in 2019 after spending several years in the mortgage industry. Seeking a more fulfilling way to channel my passion for helping others, I decided to pursue a new path in healthcare. I completed my certification in Medical Administration at ASI Career Institute, which opened the door to becoming a Prior Authorization Specialist. This role allowed me to gain extensive experience in securing authorizations for Gastroenterology and Rheumatology medications, ultimately leading me to ThrIVewell Infusions as a PA Specialist. At ThrIVewell, I am fortunate to work alongside a dedicated team that feels like family. We prioritize the well-being of our patients above all, and I find great fulfillment in the mutual respect, care, and understanding that defines our workplace culture. It is these values that make coming to work each day both meaningful and rewarding." We are so lucky to have members like Dolores on our Pre-Authorization team. Patients are in good hands with staff like Dolores.

Senior Operational Strategist and Healthcare Development Specialist

When I first started my healthcare career, I had the opportunity to attend a leadership seminar called "Launch" at Memorial Sloan Kettering. One concept that always stuck with me was how, as you grow in an organization, your ability to attract talent becomes one of your most vital skills. I was so eager to have this opportunity in my future. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to hone those skills, learning how to network, interview others for unique positions, and understand what makes someone truly right for a company. In my current position at Thrivewell Infusion, LLC, attracting talent takes on a new meaning. One that is not just about skills—but about heart, adaptability, and an intrinsic desire to serve patients. We seek team members who not only get the job done but who also demonstrate a strong commitment to placing patient care at the center of their work. This value is woven into our company’s origin story, inspired by Ben Neuberg and Ira Neuberg's vision when founding Thrivewell. Through fostering that mission, it becomes easier to attract amazing individuals. And for those on the hunt for new opportunities, remember this: Talent is not just about what you can do, but also why you do it. If you’re someone who believes in that “why,” let’s connect.

Passion for Entrepreneurship | Operations Director at Thrivewell Infusion

Today I was reflecting on how I entered the infusion industry four years ago and how fast time has flown by. My decision to join ThriveWell Infusion was deeply personal—not only rooted in my healthcare background but inspired by my grandmother’s journey. She'd received life-changing infusions to manage her chronic diagnosis. That personal connection became the heart of ThriveWell Infusion. We treat every patient as though they are part of our family. In the early days of the company, we all wore multiple hats, with the singular mission of providing personalized care to every patient. When I first joined, we were a team of five, each of us fully engaged in every department and every patient’s care. As we’ve grown, we've ensured that this individualized, patient-first approach remains at the core of everything we do. My passion for the infusion industry stemmed from a desire to close the gaps I witnessed in healthcare. Too often, patients were treated as numbers rather than individuals, and the compassion behind their care was missing. ThriveWell fills those gaps, and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of this journey. Thrivewell Infusion, LLC

  • For years, Thrivewell Infusion, LLC has been at the forefront of treating patients living with osteoporosis, a chronic disease that affects millions. World Osteoporosis Day, October 20, is a reminder of how important bone health is, and how vital it is to have a healthcare team that understands the complexities of managing this condition. Good nutrition and regular exercise are essential for keeping a patient's bones healthy throughout their life. They need to intake a high dosage of protein in their diet, as well as calcium and Vitamin D. Maintaining appropriate body weight is good for bones, just as it is for health in general.  At ThrIVewell, we are pleased to provide both the EVENITY and Prolia injections for the treatment of osteoporosis, manufactured by Amgen. The EVENITY injection is administered monthly for 12 months, whereas Prolia is administered biannually. We also offer zoledronic acid as an annual infusion. We strongly recommend these treatment options to effectively manage osteoporosis. Today, let’s continue to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and celebrate the progress we’ve made in treating this often silent disease.

  • This Feature Friday, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Shantel, one of our dedicated Nurse Practitioners. Shantel joined our team through Fuse Infusion, a startup based in New Rochelle, where she was instrumental in navigating the early stages of the infusion experience. “I currently hold two bachelor’s degrees and a masters. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I was a Registered Nurse in an emergency department for over 10 years. I still work there per-diem once a week. Through Fuse, I met Fara Stricker, as we had a mutual patient that Thrivewell Infusion, LLC and Fuse were both working with. In early December, ThrIVewell and Fuse merged companies, and I officially became an employee of ThrIVewell Infusion. Since then, I've had the opportunity to meet amazing people. The patients and coworkers are one of my favorite parts about working in ThrIVewell due to the positive relationships that I have built and the sense of feeling at home, from the company to the employees and of course, the patients. Working in this company as a Nurse Practitioner is well rewarded knowing I am making an impact in a patient's life by helping them feel better throughout their journey.” As ThrIVewell continues to grow, we are looking forward to having Shantel evolve alongside the company. We are thrilled to have her as part of the ThrIVewell family.

Senior Operational Strategist and Healthcare Development Specialist

In healthcare, where the industry is constantly evolving but the priority of patient care remains ever pressing, being adaptable and collaborative is essential. As an Operational Strategist at Thrivewell Infusion, LLC, I have seen how crucial it is to work across departments, understand unique challenges, and develop solutions that enhance communication and efficiency. As a healthcare company grows, it is pivotal that workflows adapt and scale to handle the increasing volume. What might have been managed manually or independently yesterday, can become quite daunting as operations expand- with potential to slow down services for patients. Taking the time to learn individual roles and processes has been instrumental in my journey at Thrivewell. I’m thrilled to share that yesterday we successfully rolled out a new internal workflow system! It is so nice to have a win that not only streamlines operations but also enables our teams to keep their focus on what truly matters—our patients. This recent experience reminded and reinforced for me the importance of staying flexible and responsive as a leader. By listening to team feedback and being open to pivoting, we can continue to implement solutions that not only address current needs but also align with a larger mission. For us at Thrivewell that mission is to increase access to quality care for patients with rare and chronic diseases. Healthcare success happens from the inside out, and in infusion therapy every person involved in the process plays a role in moving a patient from "script to chair." Shout out to my colleagues at Thrivewell Infusion, we are saving lives drip by drip, thanks to people like you who care deeply about patient outcomes and are willing to adapt for continued success! Extra special shout out to Jennifer Sonnick for being an excel wizard and working into the evenings so our team did not skip a beat during operating hours. #HealthcareLeadership #OperationalStrategy #PatientCare #Adaptability #ThrivewellInfusion #ContinuousImprovement

Chief Nursing Officer at Thrivewell Infusion, LLC

The importance of mental health has always been an integral part of my nursing profession, as my previous roles were both working as an inpatient psychiatric nurse and as an Addiction Nurse Practitioner. At Thrivewell Infusion, LLC , we believe that taking care of one’s mental health is just as important as caring for one’s physical health. On October 10, in recognition of World Mental Health Day and this years theme of mental health in the workplace, our dedicated staff members proudly wore Green to show solidarity and raise awareness about mental health issues that affect so many in our community. Wearing green is a simple, yet powerful, way to encourage open conversations about mental health, reduce stigma, and foster an environment of understanding and support. We are committed to creating a safe space for our patients and employees where they feel heard, valued and cared for. Join us in our mission to promote mental health awareness and support those who may be struggling. Together, we can make a difference.
