  • Welcome back to Thrivewell Infusion, LLC Feature Friday, where today we turn the spotlight on one of our outstanding nurse practitioners, Joanna Lance. Let's take a moment to get to know Joanna and all of her incredible accomplishments. "My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from UNC Charlotte and a Diploma of Nursing from Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing. I also hold a Master of Science in Nursing from New York University. I’ve been an adult health nurse practitioner for over 16 years. I’m licensed in 4 states and practice primarily in NJ for Thrivewell- soon to be PA as well! Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings including primary care, urgent care and college health. I grew up in North Carolina but moved to the Northeast when I started my nursing career over 20 years ago. Despite living in a different region, I’ve still retained my southern accent! I am mom to boy-girl 10-year-old twins that keep me extremely busy. When I have some down time, I love to travel and go to concerts. I love working for Thrivewell because I love the team I work with and what we do for our patients. I love when I ask a patient how they’re doing and they reply “this medication has changed my life, given me life back.” It feels great to be a part of that. We form relationships with our patients: get to know their stories, their families and in return they get to know us as well. It is a very rewarding experience and I’m proud of what we do." We are incredibly fortunate to have Joanna as a valued member of our Thrivewell family, bringing her expertise as a nurse practitioner to our team. 💫 #infusionnursing #thrivewellinfusion #nursingcareer #IVinfusion

  • Welcome to Thrivewell Infusion, LLC Feature Friday. We are thrilled to shine a light on one of our exceptional infusion nurses, Denise Osie. Let's learn more about her and her impressive career achievements. "I embarked on my nursing career upon graduating from nursing school in 2011, with a passion for pediatric oncology. Over the course of seven years, I dedicated myself to caring for young patients battling cancer, honing my skills and compassion in pediatric oncology. In 2018, I transitioned into the fast-paced environment of pediatric emergency and trauma care, seeking new challenges and opportunities to make a difference in critical moments. Eager to expand my impact and knowledge, I pursued and completed my Master's degree, becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2019. I chose to specialize in pain management and spine health, aiming to alleviate suffering and improve quality of life for patients dealing with complex pain conditions. Since starting my nursing career, I have specialized in #infusiontherapy, providing specialized treatments and therapies to patients throughout my professional journey. Throughout my #career, I have been driven by a commitment to #excellence, continuous learning, and above all, #compassionate care. I look forward to continuing to grow and contribute positively to the healthcare field, always putting patients' well-being at the forefront of my practice. I thoroughly enjoy working for Thrivewell because of its strong sense of #community and dedication to #patientcare. The atmosphere here is like a supportive family, where teamwork and respect are fundamental. What truly resonates with me is how closely the company's vision, mission, goals, and ethics align with my personal values. This alignment not only motivates me but also strengthens my #commitment to improving patient outcomes and ensuring their well-being. It's incredibly fulfilling to be part of a team that treats patients with the utmost care and compassion, as if they were our own family members. Knowing that we're making a positive impact on patients' lives and brightening their days makes my work here truly meaningful and rewarding." We warmly invite you to celebrate with us as we recognize Denise for not only being highlighted today, but also for her tremendous impact on Thrivewell Infusion and the patients that we treat. 💫
